Inpatients are referred by Grampians Health medical or allied health staff

Referral criteria
When referring to the Prosthetics and Orthotic department, please include the following information:
Diagnosis
Date of injury / amputation OR congenital
Prosthetic / orthotic history (if known)
Prognosis / treatment plan if injury is acute / sub-acute: e.g. length of wear-time, weight bearing status, ROM
Relevant clinical information: e.g. ROM, strength
Relevant co-morbidities
