Our Diabetes Centres offer comprehensive care and support for individuals with diabetes. We provide access to a range of clinicians and specialists, and provide education to reduce the impact of diabetes and prevent complications.

Measuring your risk of diabetes

Early detection and treatment of diabetes can significantly reduce the health risks. Use this free online tool provided by Diabetes Australia to assess your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

If adults are unwell with ketosis and on insulin injections or insulin pump and unable to manage to contact their local GP or diabetes educator, or for emergencies, present to your closest hospital emergency department.
