Our Diabetes Centres offer comprehensive care and support for individuals with diabetes. We provide access to a range of clinicians and specialists, and provide education to reduce the impact of diabetes and prevent complications.

We care for patients referred for the diagnosis and management of all types of diabetes. Our specialist diabetes clinics include:

What you can expect

Patients have access to a range of specialists, including endocrinologists, endocrine registrars, diabetes educators and dieticians. We work alongside other specialists and programs to offer the best care for you.

  • continuous glucose monitoring 
  • insulin pump initiation for paediatrics and adults 
  • bolus advisor meter service 
  • ambulatory insulin stabilisation 
  • new diagnosis of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes  
  • gestational diabetes 

Measuring your risk of diabetes 

Early detection and treatment of diabetes can significantly reduce the health risks. Use this free online tool provided by Diabetes Australia to assess your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
