Aboriginal Health

Grampians Health acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate, the Wadawurrung, Djab wurrung, Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia and Jupagulk peoples, and their connections to land, waterways and community.

First Nations people deserve access to high quality healthcare, the same as anyone accessing care through Grampians Health. There is currently a gap in health outcomes between First Nation people and other Australians. Our dedicated team provide social, emotional and cultural support to anyone who identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to improve health outcomes and close the gap.
