  • Allied Health Transition to Practice programs – supporting staff in their first 2 years to transition from their training program to their new career.
  • Allied Health Clinical Supervision – ongoing support through regular guidance, feedback, and mentorship to enhance professional practice and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Discipline-specific education and training opportunities.
  • Interprofessional and collaborative learning opportunities.

We also work in collaboration with external partners to provide ongoing learning opportunities to our workforce. Examples of collaborative initiatives include:

  • Research capability development through the Western Alliance STaRR program.
